Adelaide manufacture large bases and carriage for Cannon Solutions

Customer: Cannon Solutions are a manufacturer of large vacuum forming machinery.
 
What was required: Cannon need a partner to manufacture their bases and carriage. The large machined fabrications weighed a total of 38 tons and need fabricating, welding, stress relieving, painting and cnc milling.
 
Adelaide added value: The base fabrications were 5000mm x 2000mm and needed final machining on our large 10m CNC Elgamill. Both of the 15 ton carriages needed to be machined on our heavy cnc gantry mill. Working 24hr shifts and weekends allowed us to stay on schedule and dispatch to Cannon Solutions for build. Delivering on time was crucial to keep the whole project running smoothly.
