Adelaide Engineering Ltd is pleased to announce the acquisition of Leopold Grove Engineering Ltd.
Adelaide Engineering is a large and heavy CNC machining and fabrication company based in Heywood, Lancashire and specialises in the milling, turning and fabrication of complex metal components. With over 55 years experience, Adelaide provide their customers with a wealth of knowledge in large and heavy CNC machining and fabrication.
The 55 years experience of Adelaide Engineering, combined with Leopold Grove Engineering's 60 years experience in precision engineering provides customers of both Adelaide and Leopold with a better, more comprehensive service.

Leopold Grove Engineering Ltd are based in Blackpool and bring with them a comprehensive engineering service which includes, contract management, quality control, procurement services, production and inspection. Their services add to and complement the services of Adelaide Engineering to provide a more skilled and efficient company.
The takeover officially took place on 23rd April and Owen Sharples, General Manager of Adelaide Engineering and Michael Feeley of Leopold Engineering will head up the new larger business.
Leopold has the same customer focussed approach as Adelaide. This approach will assist in any changes that take place; ensuring you, our customers see no disruption, only the benefits of additional services being available to you.
Owen and Michael would like to reassure all of Adelaide's and Leopold's customers that this step is very positive and all customers will see the benefit over the coming weeks.
